This page describes in detail all the terms, rights, and responsibilities for using the tkbid platform — please read carefully before using the service.
By using tkbid ("we", "platform") services, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Definitions & Scope
The following terms are used with the same meaning throughout these terms and conditions.
1.1 Key Terms
- "Platform" means the tkbid website (tkbid.lat) and all its associated pages, services, and tools.
- "User" or "you" means any person who has created an account on the platform or is using it.
- "Account" means a user's personal registered profile through which platform services are accessed.
- "Bonus" means any promotional reward or additional credit approved by tkbid.
- "Stake" means any wager or bet placed by a user on the platform.
- "Services" means casino games, sports betting, live dealer, fishing games, and other entertainment products available on the platform.
1.2 Scope of Application
These terms and conditions apply to all tkbid services. By accessing the platform or using any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms in full. Where specific promotional terms apply, those terms will remain in effect alongside the general terms.
Account Registration & Eligibility
The following eligibility requirements must be met to open a tkbid account and use the services.
2.1 Registration Terms
- Each user may open only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
- Any change in personal information must be reported to the platform immediately.
- Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility.
- Transferring, selling, or allowing another person to use the account is prohibited.
2.2 Identity Verification
tkbid may at any time request that the user submit the necessary documents for identity verification (a copy of national ID, passport, or driving licence). The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete. If fraudulent or false information is provided, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions will be governed by the following terms.
3.1 Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
- The deposit must be sent from an account held in the user's own name.
- Funds sent through a third party will be declined and returned to the sender.
- After a deposit is successfully processed, the balance will be added to the account.
3.2 Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for the bonus funds has been met.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonus offers from tkbid are subject to the following terms.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
- New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳62,000.
- The welcome bonus applies only once, at the time of the first deposit.
- Once a bonus has been claimed, it cannot be reversed.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
- The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.
- Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
- Wagering on certain games may carry a different contribution rate — contact support for details.
- The time period to complete wagering requirements varies by bonus; once the period expires, the bonus is cancelled.
4.3 VIP Cashback Program
- tkbid has four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
- Bronze members will receive a maximum weekly cashback of 0.2%.
- Silver members will receive a maximum weekly cashback of 0.5%.
- Gold members will receive a maximum weekly cashback of 0.8%.
- Platinum members will receive a maximum weekly cashback of 1.0%.
- Advancement to a VIP tier is determined based on the user's overall activity on the platform.
Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
tkbid is committed to ensuring a fair and secure environment for all users.
5.1 Prohibited Activities
- The use of fraudulent software, bots, scripts, or automated tools is strictly prohibited.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or services is prohibited.
- Attempting to access another user's account or any hacking activity is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is prohibited.
- Exploiting game errors or technical issues to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
- Harassing or threatening other users is prohibited.
5.2 Fair Play Policy
tkbid uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all games, ensuring that every outcome is completely unbiased and not predetermined. Account Closure & Restrictions

7.1 Grounds for Closure
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Use of a false identity or information.
- Proven bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
- Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
- Operating multiple accounts.
7.2 Voluntary Account Closure
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. It is recommended to settle all pending bets and withdraw any eligible balance before submitting a closure request. Limitation of Liability
Liability related to the use of the services is defined as follows.
8.1 Platform Liability
- Although tkbid strives to maintain the highest technical standards, it will not be liable for any technical disruption or outage.
- The platform is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
- tkbid is not directly liable for technical issues caused by third-party game providers.
- The user is solely responsible for any financial losses arising from gaming; tkbid does not provide any compensation.
8.2 User Responsibilities
- Users are solely responsible for verifying their eligibility to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable in their area.
- It is the user's responsibility not to wager beyond their means and to play responsibly.
- It is the user's responsibility to keep their account login details secure and to prevent unauthorised access.
Changes to Terms & Dispute Resolution
The following process will be followed for changes to these terms and for any disputes.
9.1 Right to Amend Terms
tkbid reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be given via the registered email address or on the platform. Continued use of the platform after amended terms are published will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms.
